Well, I'm back and ya' know what? I am committed this time and losing weight.
When I first git the Every Other Day Diet I thought I was serious but I wasn't. I just floundered around with it a bit.
Then I went on the hCG diet protocol, brutal but fast, I lost about 42 lbs in as many days.
When I got off from that the weight started coming back. That is when I pulled out EODD again. Thank Goodness!
Compared to hCG, this is a breeze and boy am I enjoying it. I guess hCG set me up for success with EODD since EODD now seems like I am not dieting at all.
My hope is to use the principals of EODD for controling my weight the rest of my life.

EODD is definitely a great tool for the long term. Lets me eat foods I enjoy and still keeps me at my target weight! Are you still trying to loose more or are you comfortable where you are?
