jon, I did the 21 day program a second time and had much better results. Perhaps the supplemenets weren't through my system effectively the first time through. How should I use up my surplus supplements? I remember seeing monthly kits of similar products but can't find a link. Are they still available and can you direct me to the site? thanks sheila

just don't do it

I was feeling discouraged on day 14 by what I perceived was very little progress (according to the scale) so I pacified myself with a glass of wine. Well I got what I deserved. My weight went back to within 1 pound of where I started. I want everyone on this blog to benefit from my mistake. Say those words to yourself or whatever you have to. You'll be glad you did. For me, I have to say "it could have been worse."and move on.

Jon, 4 minutes of lower intensity seems like too much. Can I compress and /or alter the intervals?

Jon, I have only lost 3 pounds and this morning my weight even increased a little. I am following closely so this is discouraging. What do you suggest?

meal timing

Jon,Hi. I am mot getting my first feeding until 12:30 - 1:00. Would I be better off eating a little more and waiting 4 or 5 hours or just a little and compressing the schedule to 2.5 hours in between? Also I have organic lemon pepper, it's awesome, but it has sea salt in it. Can I use it?See More

week 2

Jon, I'm a day ahead of most everyone so today is week 2, day one already!1. If I do cardio, do I need a 5 minute warm up?2. Can I use stevia in coffee?3.Can I drink extra coffee?4. What is the reasoning behind the evening cardio/workout and celery?5. I did not switch the re-feed day schedule. Instead I made my mother-in-law a quiche with my organic range free eggs from my own hens. I had a small piece of cake so I added a 40 minute walk/run. Should I have added supplements for doing this?See More
