Which workout should I use?

Hi. Has anyone tried the FBF workout? I was just wondering which workout would produce the fastest fat burning and building lean muscle in 14 short weeks. 7mm or FBF? Or any programs base on your experience that yields the fastest result. I am going back to workout after 6 months of layoff and planning to join a body transformation contest.

Q. L-carnitine & CLA (Lipocil)

I have a question regarding L-carnitine liquid and CLA. I want to pack on a few pounds of lean muscle mass and that means I need to increase my carbohydrate intake. I am planning to take carbs 3 hours before workout, then take vitargo (fast acting carb) during and at the end of the workout, then eat carbs again after 45 min - 1 hour of exercise.I want to use L-carnitine and I know that the best time to use it is on a low carb diet and during fasting but I can't do fasting due to busy work…See More

Regarding SNAPP, on our first meal, it is compose of protein and simple carbs like apple right? Which do you think would help alot in the fat burning process in combination with protein. I'm back again on my workout. I was gone for 7 months due to my tendon lacerated index finger injury. Done with my rehab and here I am again trying to start all over again. It is my first day today, I woke up early in the morning about 5am.
