I posted this blog so i could share with everyone my daily plan and wheather their could be any enhancments or advices we could help each other with.

Day 1 :

Morning 10 am -Had 2 apples "I was TOO late for college couldn't have my shake"

1.30 pm -Had Nuts (18 Nut)

4.30 pm -Had Aplles (2 Apples)

7 pm-Grilled Chicken Breast +Vegetables with tomato sauce"Stimmed"

10 pm Salad

Facing a SERIOUS problem controlling my appetite or following any kind of DIET !!

I'm kind of not new to the EODD lifestyle.I first read the book last July and i was AMAZED by the plans.Its Really SO different than any other plan i've ever seen before or heard about. I followed EODD plan (lifestyle plan 1) for a week and the results were amazing.I lost almost 4 pounds and i felt really good ,had no appetite problems and i was really happy with the program and with the results.After that ,I had to go for a vacation.I long one actually for 2 weeks and by then everything…

Week 1-Results !!

First week is over ....and I have to admit it THAT PLAN IS SOOO EFECTIVE,EASY TO FOLLOW AND AMAZING !!

After 4 years following every single fad diet on earth !! Going to every single famous dietician in my country..losing few pounds and then gaining it back and few more extra.For the first time ,I'm losing weight ON MY OWN without any supervision ..And Guess what I LOST 4.4 POUNDS in JUST ONE WEEK !!!

EODD-Started on 27/7/2010

I just started today after i've finished reading EODD book.I think its pretty amazing,super-easy,and can be taken as a life style choice.In the morning i took 2 apples as i didn't have much idea on how to make a shake then i took the nuts and now its time for the apples.

If anyone had some ideas about different type of shakes,Please share them as I'm really confused about the shake recipes and wheather i can substitue them with normal breakfast recipes or not.
