Re-Feed days?
I would appreciate it if you could clarify some things for me....1) On the Re-Feed- No Workout schedule for the int/ adv (pgs. 88, 102, and 116) it states to eat your lunch 90- 120 minutes after eating your raw oats. I wake up at 6am so that would mean I would be eating my lunch before 10am. Is that timing correct should it be 3 hours later? If the 90- 120 minute timing is correct, then could i have a protein shake in between the raw oats and my lunch?2) In week 3 (Mini Re-feed day) on pg. 110…See More

1) Would mustard be okay instead of adding all the different spices and vinegar?
-- Yes, no problem.
2) As far as the canola oil mayonnaise, is that all that's in the ingredients and where do I find it?
-- You can get that at just about any Whole Foods or health food store.
3) For the post- dinner cardio, how long after we eat do we wait to perform the workout?
-- For max fat-burning I like to do it 2.5 hours after then go to bed.
