You need to stop getting on the scale so often - your weight will fluctuate - you will go up after the carbs and calories from the feed day but you will keep going down on your burn days - the idea is that you don't cut your metabolism by cutting cals and carbs for too long so you can keep progressing. I would suggest picking a day (I do Friday am) and time and only weigh yourself once a week. Personally, I can gain 1.6 lbs in a day just by eating too much salt on my feed day and thereby retaining water the next day, but it does go away after that burn day.

Also, you should get a tape measure and do your measurements so you can tell if you are loosing fat and gaining muscle even if your weight stays the same or doesn't go down as much as you would like. At a min measure: neck, chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf, upper arm - write them down now so you have something to compare to in six weeks or so.

Next time you get rid of 5-6 pounds of excess fat, STOP! Remain at that weight for a week, then start again - 5 more lbs. Bingo, that's 10-11 gone ;-)

Seriously, EODD will help you get more than just 5 lbs off. Combine it with the training outlined in the book, or use 7 Minute Body; as well as a brisk walk every day.
