I'm 62 y/o, I've competed in two figure competitions since I was 60. Planning on one more in April. My husband began bodybuilding for show when he was 54, 2 years ago. We ride Harley's, love Hawaii, have 5 grandkids and three awesome kids. We have a daschund and two chihuahuas. We work out together when we aren't working with our trainers to compete.
Favorite Music:
Country, some jazz, 50's thru 70's.....I like the kind I can understand the words to!
Favorite TV Shows:
OMG - all the chick shows (Bachelor, All My Children) also Bones, CSI (all), Law and Order, Numbers, Survivor, Great Race.

Glad you got the at-home-7MM to work with. Haha, I don't even have a copy of that one - and I train at home! Still, have the Dbs and the lat tower, squat rack of sorts and EZ bar, so I guess he figures I don't need it.

I bought some bands to bring on vacation 3 years ago ... left them in a hotel room, I found them useless. Didn't like the feel of them, couldn't judge the resistance or adjust it, basically I felt I got nothing from using them. But I know a lot of people like them though, maybe I just got the wrong kind? Then again, back then I was lifting really, really heavy, could have been that too.

Vince DelMonte was coaching a girl on 7MM when it was launched, don't remember if it was part of the launch campaign or not. I tried to do one, but using my photo camera on video setting, it didn't come out that great :)

PHAT CAMP was unreal! I loved it. I was the biggest girl there, but I hung with with big dogs! I was struggling, but they cheered me on and I did it.
You know that PHAT stands for: Perseverance, hardwork, attitued, and tenacity! let's be PHAT together!

BTW...I just attended PHAT camp--it's a fitness camp run by Jenny Hendershott. I believe she was at the Arnold last week and won in her division. She is an awesome woman and she's really put me on the right track.

Whoops! Sorry about the 64 thing. I misread that somewhere! Doesn't matter...you are just the most awesome little thing! I admire you for the commitment to fitness that you have. I would to someday be on stage...just once. Just to say I did it. Competing is a dream, but I have a long way to go still. I will be happy to get into a size 10 again!!! LOL!!!
