I've used Jon's system since before it became EODD version 1 even; all I can say is that it works! OK, let me add that it's the simplest system I've ever seen - and used.

 

You could say that 6 years of not deviating proves it's good? Who would stay on a "fad diet" for over 6 years? This is not a fad, nor a diet, it's the best nutrition system I know of!

"Yes, that's nice. You can do your workout whenever and however you like. Just be careful if you workout alone, with no-one to assist you if things get too heavy, you could get hurt. But I guess you know yourself and you limits well by now.…"
