Hi all

 

Food for the day

 

Shake - same as always(cant believe i didnt have this before i started EODD ) 

 

Nuts - 18 almonds

 

lunch - Apple before then chicken pasta 

 

Tea - Tuna ( to equal 50grms of protein) steamed cauli and a tossed salad which included lettuce,capsicum,mushrooms,cucumber with a balsamic dressing.

Hi all

 

here is my food for today

 

Skake - same as every other day no need to change as i quite like it

 

Nuts 18 almonds

 

apples - 3 today i was feeling hungry

 

Tea - chicken bolognase with the pasta all home made its yummy and a large serve of broccoli

 

water and coffee through out the day

 

Live well

Shake was a bit different with the freshly ground flax today along with the usual raspberries strawberries peotein powder and celery oh and rice milk

 

Nuts _ almonds 

 

Lunch - feed meal chicken ravioli with tomato sauce (home made) apple first 

 

had an apple at 3pm was a bit peckish

 

Tea chicken with broccoli and a tossed salad with balsamic vinegar

End of second week

Hi all

 

Just finished my second week on the EODD and 7MM whilst i have a pretty decent starting point i have noticed some changes in how i feel physically and more importantly mentally so in that regard its been a success.Ultimately my goal is to have a weight of 85kg i need to gain around 5 kg with a fat % of around 10 this will be achieved by the end of this year.
