"Yes, that's nice. You can do your workout whenever and however you like. Just be careful if you workout alone, with no-one to assist you if things get too heavy, you could get hurt. But I guess you know yourself and you limits well by now.…"

I just now heard about your coaching issue with 7MM and the consequential CS problems you've been experiencing. I want to tell you that, first, I do in fact exist. : ) Second, I have never received an email from you, although I just now (literally, today) found out that I am not getting email notifications from the JBF support site. So that may be where the disconnect happened.
