So this is me....

I grew up super skinny. My parents were worried I was malnourished. I was on fertilizer (who gives their children that?) and can eat what I want. I had a diet of fatty fried foods, sugar and rice and lots of it! No vegetables. Is corn a vegetable?I have a family history of cardiovascular health issues and diabetes. Who doesn’t anymore? super burn week

i am really curious. i am a day from completing RFLB. After 2 weeks, I really didn't think I would lose anymore but of course, Jon, you're right, my body let go of some more fat. Other than increasing the amino acids and reintroducing the aqualyze, what makes week 3 a super burn week? Could we be losing weight in the 3rd week due to the aqualyze? Would you explain the week 3 phenomena? Thank you!

Travel story

Ok, so I planned my RFLB around the least amount of airplane travel because I know it will get very very tricky. I left this morning thinking I have thought it all, timing, supplements, meals are packed for 2 nights, 3 day trip to Boise, ID. Nose Bleed

quick question. i woke up this morning and following day 3 of program. All I have had was the l-carnitine aqualyze and lemon water. I was having my coffee when all of a sudden i had a pretty significant nose bleed.I am 40 and I have only had a nose bleed 3 times in my life. The last time, it seems, was 1 year ago when i was taking a bunch of supplements.Can you comment on this, Jon? Travel Tips

I am 1 week away from starting the 21 days and I am so ready! I am wondering if anyone has already found some efficients ways to get through the days while traveling by air. I stay at hotels that have refrigerators and microwave, so i can pre make my meals and pack them in my suitcase. How about the supplements? Tough one Lizza, because I started with the "old" EODD and never weigh anything!

I've pretty much made my own extreme plan by using Jon's and adapting it to suit my metabolism and weekly schedule.

For example, I'll start the day with two eggs that I cook sunny side up on the Foreman Grill (1 ts olive oil only) and have some whole wheat pita the size of my fingers (one hand) with some actual butter on it (not margarine).

I've then had some kind of protein snack with a fruit - it could be nuts, a chunk if cheese (thumb's worth or so) ...

Lunch usually a salad and a palm-sized portion of lean protein.

Afternoon usually a shake with berries, mainly because it was convenient that way.

And supper pretty much the same as lunch, but with some veggies added.

That worked great, then I switched to SNAPP when it came out and ... stalled! Freaked me out, it was supposed to be tougher yet I plateaued on it.

However, with the RFLB under my belt, I'm sure SNAPP will be a snap and allow me to stay at the new, near-perfect weight and bodyfat percentage - I'm actually 1.74 lbs and 1,1% away from that right now, love it!

Which will mean a rethinking of my plan ... still keeping the lemon water I think, then just do the Shake, Nuts, Apple and for the afternoon and supper proteins ... probably the radical recipes a lot of the time.
