I've pretty much made my own extreme plan by using Jon's and adapting it to suit my metabolism and weekly schedule.
For example, I'll start the day with two eggs that I cook sunny side up on the Foreman Grill (1 ts olive oil only) and have some whole wheat pita the size of my fingers (one hand) with some actual butter on it (not margarine).
I've then had some kind of protein snack with a fruit - it could be nuts, a chunk if cheese (thumb's worth or so) ...
Lunch usually a salad and a palm-sized portion of lean protein.
Afternoon usually a shake with berries, mainly because it was convenient that way.
And supper pretty much the same as lunch, but with some veggies added.

That worked great, then I switched to SNAPP when it came out and ... stalled! Freaked me out, it was supposed to be tougher yet I plateaued on it.
However, with the RFLB under my belt, I'm sure SNAPP will be a snap and allow me to stay at the new, near-perfect weight and bodyfat percentage - I'm actually 1.74 lbs and 1,1% away from that right now, love it!
Which will mean a rethinking of my plan ... still keeping the lemon water I think, then just do the Shake, Nuts, Apple and for the afternoon and supper proteins ... probably the radical recipes a lot of the time.
