"One way for us as users to manage the content better would be to weigh each scoop :) or simply not worry about it when we run a little short Possibly also make sure not to pack the scoop when measuring the powder."

Hi Jon,I'm loving this program! Thanks so much for all your help.I appear to be running out of L-Glutamine before the end of week 3. I'm not sure how, I thought I was taking it correctly.If I run too low should I find a local source for more? Will probably find pill form.Should I decease my serving size for the remaining days? I am on Wednesday of week 3.Which servings are the most important to be powder form?Thank you!See More

"I did not measure the L-Glut incorrectly, certainly not by 80 g. Also, notice that 9 people have made the comment on Tuesday that they are running out of L-Glut. There is clearly a packaging problem here."

I have a "leaky bladder" if I as much as look at a jump rope, no jumping jacks either! Running, same trouble. Power walking is sometimes fine, other times not. I found a trick for the walking though ... in addition to the leak pads, I use a tampon! Guess it presses something shut so I can walk and not have issues. Which is good, because I experienced the same trouble once we were out dancing (so not cool!).
(Any guys on here, they'll blush, heehee)

Look on e-bay for a PX90 I think it's called, pull-up/chin-up bar, hooks onto any door frame with a leverage system, no need to screw it in anywhere. You can also take it down and do push-ups with your hands slightly up from the floor (I didn't like that though) and even use it as an ab-roller which is no point :) It's expensive if you take the full package with CDs and full program, but if you just take the bar it's a fraction of the cost.

I do like it actually. Second week now, and I'm not only beating my results from the previous week (normal), I'm actually sore! I did the delts yesterday, and I certainly feel them. The pecs from Monday I still felt yesterday, and the lats from Tuesday are still "there" today :) Going to do legs in a few minutes, arms tomorrow. I snuck an abs workout in with the lats, may do another tomorrow as well.

I will switch to a more traditional workout program from October to the end of December, then back to 7MM for 3 months and something else after that ... maybe CTF, who knows.

How did you do with the push-ups and pull-ups btw? I never got off the ssisted pull-ups, but the push-ups ... elevated!! Love it :)

Other than that, 45-50 minutes walk every morning around 6 am, before it gets too hot to power walk! That won't be a problem in 2 months, but for now it's the only time to really move.

I've switched to the EODD Extreme Plan, I'll see what improvements there are in the updated version, but for now that's the plan.

Heck, I was surprised I didn't place :) still, I won as far as shed bodyfat goes, so who cares.
Haven't heard from Jeff other than saying he wants "after-after" photos and will give 2-3 more free coaching calls. If he wants a video, no problem at all. I enjoyed the workouts - although I've switched to the 7MM since the end of the challenge - and Lewis is planning on sticking with them for a while longer, even though he "cheats", doing just the up-side of the pyramids, lol.
