Very happy with changes to my body shape. Still have a bit of body fat to lose, but very encouraging.
Photos upoaded.
Fat % taken via Tanita scales each time in the morning upon rising out of bed. Even allowing for Tanita scale inaccuracy the bofy fat % moved in the right direction.
So far I've lost 7lbs. down from 189lbs to 182lbs
Dropped from 28% body fat to 24% body fat (or 52.92lbs to 42.77lbs)
Lean body mass has increased from 136lbs to 139.23lbs.
I know the Tanita scales can be unreliable with regard to body fat, but I weigh myself at the same time of day and % is going in the right direction. I've tried using body fat callipers but there must be a knack to it, as depending how much you pinch you get a different result. Maybe you have to take an average. Anyway my body fat % always seems to be lower (around 2%) using a calliper than when using the scales. The results above are using the scales.
Anyway, 2 weeks down. and making great progress. Starting to lose a bit off the belly. Several pairs of work suit trousers currently at the tailor to get the waist taken in, which is very encouraging.
Week 3 just started and I'm feeling great.
