Well, today is day 21. One thing I really liked about RFLB was that I had no hunger, no cravings. I felt really good on it. (As I do on EODD.) However, in the final analysis: not much happened. I had…Continue

I think I must be the only one doing RFLB right now! But I'm having a very odd problem (for me). I loved the detox days for some reason and felt wonderful on them. (I do a lot of fasting anyway and…Continue

This is day 4 of RFLB for me, so tomorrow will be my first egg white and meat day. Am I right in thinking that that's all I get for those meals and that the only veggies to be had will be in the…Continue

RFLB Day 3. I did a much more strenuous cardio workout than usual and I think I addled my brain! I came out and immediately started eating my apple. I hadn't gotten too far when I remembered there…Continue

Disappointed

Well, today is day 21. One thing I really liked about RFLB was that I had no hunger, no cravings. I felt really good on it. (As I do on EODD.) However, in the final analysis: not much happened. I had done EODD diligently for about 3-4 weeks prior to RFLB and was losing about a pound a week. My fat percentage was also dropping, slowly. Since doing RFLB diligently my weight has dropped less than 5 pounds, my fat percentage has stayed exactly the same. My muscle mass has stayed exactly the same.…See More

Can I skip meals?

I think I must be the only one doing RFLB right now! But I'm having a very odd problem (for me). I loved the detox days for some reason and felt wonderful on them. (I do a lot of fasting anyway and drink ionized alkaline water, so I don't seem to have a huge amount of detoxing to do, plus I'd done EODD for about a month before RFLB.) Then the egg and meat days kind of did me in. By mistake I ate nothing but the egg and meat, no veggies whatsoever. And I didn't like the mix much. But I got…See More

JBF Coach Sarah replied to Julie's discussion veggies on egg/meat days?
