Where is the tear in your knee, ACL, MCL, meniscus? Or don't you know? Regardless the best thing you can do for your knee is to strengthen your legs. Stay with leg machines for now Leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, etc. Not sure what you have been doing for exercise to date but start with one set of 2-3 exercises. Make sure you include exercises for your quads and hamstrings. If you don't know the difference just let me know what equipment you have available and I can help you out. Stay away from lateral movement.

For cardio do as much walking as comfortable or biking. Recumbant bike might feel better on your knee, elliptical machine, swimming or any other low impact cardio exercises. Here is the link on direction on how to take the supplenments if needed http://www.radicalfatlossblueprint.com/kit.php

What is your therapy for your adrenal exhaustion?

Dear Julia --
I desperately need help. I have a tear in my knee and my walking right now is limited. What sort of exercises can I do? Also, I have downloaded Jon's programs and am received CLA, 7-Keto, and Liquid Carnitine 1000. Also, I am under therapy for adrenal exhaustion.

Hi Julia,
Thanks for welcoming me! Have crossed the half-way mark of my 21-day RFLB and am feeling good and seeing positive results already.

I do have 2 questions for you.

1) Next Monday I will be moving to Week 3 on RFLB. However, I need to adjust my schedule that day as I have a meeting out of town, which is going to knock out my whole morning. I have to leave the house by 7:00 am and most likely won't get back until 1 p.m. at the earliest -- and won't be able to take supplements and lemon water with me so have to make adjustments.

Here's my suggested workaround: Am thinking to get up at 5 a.m. and follow the first four RFLB instructions for the day (upon rising; 15 min. after arising with coffee; 60 minutes later; and 60 minutes later with coffee). This puts me out the door at 7 a.m.

Then pick RFLB plan back up at 1 p.m. or so with the 5th set of RFLB instructions, followed by the Cardio Workout and so on.

Will this be a healthy way for me to work around my Monday scheduling challenge? Do you have other suggestions?

2) Like others, I am finding the eggs and meat meal to be challenging and am finding it difficult to eat as much as is indicated in the recipe. Last night I did my best, but was not able to complete the third feeding (barely touched it after many attempts). Is this going to set me back much by not eating the recommended portion? I will continue to give it my best. Just want to know the downside of not eating so much of the eggs and meat. I want to follow this 21-day program as close as possible to see how the experience works for me and to know I gave it my all. Am looking to boost my metabolism into a higher gear... and then move to EODD to continue making progress after this 21-day kick-start.

Many thanks,
Sherry

Thanks,
Sherry

Nice abs, Julia!!! So good to see your page and see the training you do! I didn't begin doing figure competitions until I was 60, soooo wishing I'd started training when I was a young chickie. I'm suffering a hip (either misalignment, or muscle tear) injury right now, probably from a boot camp class I took, there was a lot of plyometrics and agility and I probably was a little too competitive with the "kids"!!! I see my chiro today (he's an ex bodybuilder and teaches anatomy at a local JCC), and had deep tissue massage last Mon.. I'm doing great on RFLB, 4.4#'s down since Monday at 530am. This is easier than cutting/depletion!!! Sherry
