Have lost 3.5kg fat, 7/8 inch at the belly button, and about 0.8% body fat. Some movement better than others, but everything trending in the right direction. Using the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss program by the same guys who wrote the other bodyweight stuff I do. It's a 3 phase program and I just started cycle 5 of phase 1. A cycle is 4 days…

Tight - especially across the lower back. Taking the week off from the strength and cardio workouts. Will just do daily Intu-flow (joint mobility) and Prasara-flow (yoga). The Intu-flow takes 10 minutes in the morning and the Prasara-flow about 30 minutes. Both are very low intensity and I think will help my back.
Back to regular workouts starting Monday.

It was a nice day, only -3, so went for a ride and decided to take pictures of part of my route home from school.
Also included pics of me before I got the cycling gear and after.
Be warned, there are a LOT of pictures in this album, and it's only the last 1/3 of the route. I have the camera set to take large pictures, so you should be able to zoom in on all of them if you want to see anything better.
