Mood alterations on RFLD

Hi,I am about to start the RFB and find that it is impossible for me to do the 60-90 mins of cardio at the time suggested.  I work full time 0700-1630.  Obviously I am happy to do this before or after work including the weights but am wondering what I do with the supplements. Can I take the post cardio supplements in the morning at the same time as the others.  Can I keep my food times the same as outline in the program or bring that forward to 15-30 minutes after exercise.  I know this is…See More
