Working with Injuries

Hello Everyone, I am doing the RFLB prgram again starting Monday. It has been the only thing taht has ever given me results. The best thing about it was that I had no knee pain while doing the RFLB. I recently went to the doctor to see what was causing my knee pain after a work out and I have a torn miniscus on my left knee and I am bone on bone on my right knee. The doc offered knee replacement or cortisone shots for now but I insisted that I had very little pain unless I was working out and…See More

Not What I Expected

It's been awhile since my last post simply because I was a little disappointed with my body composition results. I only lost .1% body fat and gained only .1% lean weight. My total fat loss was 5.2 lbs and I did lose 3.6 lbs of lean weight which I'm sure (as much as I was visiting the bathroom ) was water. I was hoping for much more but from what I've heard, 5 lbs of pure fat in 21 days is quite good in spite of the fact that others are losing a lot more.I really did feel fabulous on the RFLB…See More

Day 21 of the RFLB

Day 21 has finally arrived, and now I guess it has gone. It's almost 4:00 AM here and I haven't gone to bed yet and I have to get up at 6 AM! I think that was one of my biggest challenges doing the RFLB was the lack of sleep. I averaged about 5 hours per night. Next time around I'll be more organized, know what I am doing and I will be more in a routine since I will be continuing with the EODD. Reviewing my pics I was a little disappointed. I was expecting dramatic results. But then again I…See More

Fighting The Inch Envy

I really am happy for everyone doing the RFLB and losing inches. I'm just trying to be patient to see what will happen for me over time. Although this is the end of week 2 and I have lost 8 lbs, my measurements for the most part have remained the same. It seems as though my body thinks I'm playing a trick on it and is just waiting for things to get back to "normal". But I am in this for the long haul. When my body figures out that I am serious about making changes, maybe it will work a little…See More

Taking the credit card

Perhaps this is not the place to discuss this, but my credit card was not accepted. I use only pre-paid visa cards for internet purchases. Is there any reason why the 1shoppingcart system would not accept this kind of card?ThanksJBSee More

Profile Information

My Greatest Fitness Challenge is...
Well....It used to be strength and stamina to keep exercising, but since doing the RFLB I have much more strength and the endurance to keep going. Exercise and any physical activitiy is much more enjoyable now. I also haven't weighed below 200lbs since having my gall bladder removed in 2001
Hometown:
North Salt Lake
Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
My passion is gardening. I noticed a lack of strength and endurance with each passing year, and having twice as many aches and pains after a day in the garden than ever before. I'm hoping this program will change all that.

I have 6 children, all were delivered C-section ( I'm not sure if flat abs for me are possible) and the last 14 years I have been a single parent. Finding time for myself has been a challenge.
I've been working hard on this RFLB and feel good and have a lot more energy, but I'm not seeing the inch loss I had hoped for. I have a closet full of clothes waiting for me to lose just one dress size! The money I spent on the supplements for the RFLB was money I was going to spend on more "fat" clothes.

I bought some DIM today and I am hoping that will help me with my estrogen dominance problem

Hi JB,

Sometimes when it was not as easy to see progress, or simply to remind myself how far I've come, my journal really helped. It reminded me where there's progress, maybe in exercise time, lost some inches and gained some lean muscle but the scale stayed the same. Anyway, even a simple journal can really be encouraging.

Wish you the best of success JB!!
