I read in sone of the blogs that your Feed day should have double the amount of calories as your Burn day.  Is this correct?  If so, what should my caloric intake be on my Burn days?  Thanks in…Continue

You can have a small dessert mid-afternoon on the feed day, yes (nice "diet" eh?) Feed days are SNAPP with an additional feed meal (and dessert if you want one) And yes, you can move the feed day over to the next day, no problem…

Sure you can skip a feed day and have it the next day, whether because you don't feel hungry enough on the feed day or whatever else. However, skipping feed day because of rain ... why didn't you just whip up something at home? Even a…

I didnt know you can have the weekly dessert after the feed meal . I had this impression that you must have the dessert with the lunch time feed meal within the half hour . I am following lifestyle plan 2 for nearly 3 weeks now . Sunday is a feed…

Yeah, I get that too; adding the feed lunch stops me from being hungry later and I have a hard time getting the extra calories unless I force myself, which isn't really a good thing to do either. One trick is to just add a few extra calories…

I had a pita wrap at a Lebanese restaurant yesterday late lunch :) filled with veggies, and the restaurant owner brought me a dessert on the house :) good thing it was my feed day, eh? Dessert? Well, it was some kind of "creme caramel"…

You can add a lot of calories just by having starches with your feed meal. You can also add a banana to the shake instead of the apple. I prefer adding calories over the course of the day, still keeping the larger increase to lunch plus the…

Diet questions

Hi,  I'm really not trying to undermind this diet I just really need some answers.  I am down some lbs I have been on the EODD for about a month now.  Do I absolutly have to eat the nuts :( I'm so tired of them, and the other thing is, I have been falling asleep before I even get to my last produce meal (snack).  Tell me if I am doing myself a disservice by skipping these things and if I have to eat the nuts, is there a substitute for them.  Thanks for the help in advance.

Carbs on feed day

During our feed day, can you tell me why its important for us to eat carbs at our lunch feed instead of dinner feed?  Having a family, if we had pasta for instance on feed day its not convienent to have it for a noon meal seeing no one is home with work and school so I guess my question is, is it ok to have it for dinner?

Feed Day

Quick question about my feed days.  I am following SNAPP this morning I had a chocolate blueberry protein shake, my 15 nuts, and apple the I had an egg salad whole wheat wrap with a romain leaf on it. I'm not sure what I will have for dinner something with carbs because I saw in one of the blogs they said you should have carbs on your feed days.  My question is between my wrap and my dinner is there anything besides apples or pears that I could have? For whatever reason on my feed days I get…See More

NOT WORKING!!!!!

I am starting week three of EODD and to date have lost 1.4lbs.  Not happy.  My burn days usually consist of blueberry protein shake in the am, nuts 2 to 3hrs later, two apples at lunch, a small protein shake about 30min before dinner.  Dinner is a protein meat usually 2 to 3 different veggies maybe whole wheat brown rice water and produce later in evening. My feed day is usually an eggwhite omlet with veggies and maybe half of a whole wheat bagel, nuts 2 to 3 hrs later, apple, whole wheat wrap…See More

To Nicole Thank you!!! To Tom, Meredith, and Sarah not such a warm welcome. First i am brand new at this I couldn't tell you where the Discussion section is if my life depended on it! Second, sorry for commenting and asking questions in the Blog section I didn't realize I couldn't do that. You guys may be seasoned vets, I am just trying to navigate my way round. Now on the FEED days am I eating everyting I eat on the BURN days plus i'm adding a normal lunch? The recipes at the end are causing some confussion what are they for? On our FEED… Continue

as far as micro/macro nutrients are concerned I think that what is really important is to have a diet that has a wide range of food items.. It is so easy to restrict your diet to include only the "healthiest" items.. However I believe that…
