Organizing Your Meals on Feed Days
The best way to think of your Feed Days is to simply add a small meal of your choice to your "NA" portion of SNAPP. You can bypass the nuts if you like but never bypass the apple (or pear) -- this will ensure you do not overeat. Then just enjoy the meal of your choice as directed in EODD!
Breakfast Options: Are You Stuck With Shakes?
In EODD 2.0.1 (not really called that, but it's kinda fun ... ; ) I plan to introduce a new acronym structure to SNAPP. The "S" will be a choice between "Shake" or "Star Meal". I am re-titling the "Dieter's Choice Meals" and Cards to "Star Meals" and "Star Cards". For starters, I like the word STAR! Anyone who goes on a diet solution this and does their best is a star -- plus my goal is for you to look and feel like a star. You will be able to alternate every other day between Shakes and Star Meals (your choice of breakfast Star Meals). For now, you can do the same thing: Eat a Dieter's Choice Breakfast every other day without having to count it against your DCC meals. This will break up the "Shake every morning" routine.
That said, I highly advise you to use Star Meals for breakfast SPARINGLY if you want to get leaner faster. There's nothing wrong with our meal plans, obviously! But the Shakes were created to blunt appetite and really help you carry your night-time detox through the entire afternoon. It is by far the healthiest meal structure I have ever seen. So, a BETTER plan would be to use the STAR Meals (or DCC Meals as they are called now) only when you need a change of pace from the Shake. Then go back to the Shake. This will ensure more rapid progress.
