Here's a great tip from Arvil:

I have noticed several comments on the egg whites receipe and it seems to be the least favorite of the meals. This is how I made it work for me, I sauteed peppers, and onions to add in as an omelet and used lean turkey sausage for the meat. These I was able to take to the golf course and eat during a round of golf. The other way was to scramble the sausage and egg whites and add a lot of salsa when it was done. I seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and ground chile peppers. It really was not bad this way!!

Here's my tip:  

Mix in just a tablespoon of salsa or homemade pico; or rather than ground beef have the same amount of red meat in steak fashion and scramble your egg whites with a pinch of sea salt and peppers (yellow, green, and jalapeno.) Presto: Steak and eggs.
