Yes, technically you should re-feed and consume some carbs IF you need to. But you have to know your body very well to make that determination. I put that caveat in the plan to allow mental freedom for those who absolutely crave foods, but using L-Glutamine at the doses we are (if you are taking the Personal Fat Loss Certification Course you know why this is) your appetite is blunted. Plus L-Carnitine supplies you with so much concentrated energy there's very little reason to eat when you're not hungry. That said, you should (a) always eat "something" at the time you are scheduled to eat; (b) eat until you are satisfied, NOT until you are full; (c) eat slowly; (d) do not force-feed yourself sweets because you 'can'... just snacking on off-schedule foods is enough for most people; and (e) get to know your body.
