The Personal Fat Loss Certification Course officially starts April 1, 2009 -- however, we may be sending emails out for Day One sooner than that (as early as March 30, 2009.)
The Course is designed to be taken over a period of seven consecutive days, although you can take the Course at your own pace. The Course can be taken any time after April 1, 2009 by anyone as it is set up on an auto-response sequence.

The Course was designed to empower individual dieters with real-world fat loss nutrition. It is not an "official" course -- no certifications of official designations will be provided. It is merely a fantastic learning experience. It is also not meant to take the place of medical and/or professional advice.
Each day's materials will be sent via email to confirmed subscribers only. This means you must check your email after visiting the website above, CONFIRM by clicking the confirmation link, and then you can begin the course. When Day One is put live on the web (on or before April 1, 2009) you will receive the link to that day's materials plus a password.
Each day's materials have a different password. Before emailing about missing passwords or days, be sure to check your junk mail and spam folders! After that, you must email customer support as I cannot address these issues.

The Course quizzes are designed to help reinforce the materials covered on that day. You are encouraged to take each quiz until you get each answer correct or until you understand why you missed the answer to any given question. These quizzes are on the "honor system" -- meaning they will not be submitted to me or anyone on my staff for approval prior to receiving the following day's materials. But you will do yourself a great injustice by not taking and excelling on each quiz.
At the end of the seven days, you will be given a link to a free copy of The Radical Fat Loss Blueprint. You should also be prepared to purchase a copy of The Every Other Day Diet and 7 Minute Muscle as both are referenced throughout RFLB as tools you will require after the 21-day fat-burning course is over.
