Hey Tom,

Thanks for the reply, I was under that impression too once I read some reviews, but like to hear things like this from a reliable source.  Thank you!  Now that I'm getting back into a routine and the weather in WI is getting better, I'm going to do the EODD and my training program.  Thanks again!

I have it, but it has been stored in a dark corner on my harddisk. Whereas it may be effective in shedding belly fat, the diet relies heavily on supplements and meal replacement products. In fact it could easily have been written by the company making these products. This is the main reason I would not recommend it to anyone. But if you like a diet based on highly processed supplements, then go ahead. You would be far better off using EODD as described on this site, adding 7MM or another recognized workout program. Just my opinion.

Hello Everyone,

Just viewed a link from Josh Bezoni about a book called Belly Fat Free, I was wondering if anyone has heard about this or had any opinion?

Thanks,

Brian

By showing her my results! After two years on my own my wife slowly but surely adopted some of my thinking, seeing how I succesfully shed pounds of fat. So basically its a matter of perseverance and sticking to your beliefs and plans. My wife has even bought in on the idea of eating primarily organic food.

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum!  I'm on my second day and incorporating all the techniques.  One thing, my wife is set on losing weight, however her's is strictly scale related, I'm scale related to but more body composition!  She definately doesn't buy into any fitness outlite I engage in, how do you guys ingage your significant other?

I find I like the Extreme Plan, but need it to fit a 7-day week rather than 4+4 days. I'm also debating whether to switch to the Ultimate Plan after my second RFLB as I believe I'll be at my ultimate weight/BF at that time - or close enough anyway. Maybe an Ultimate Extreme :) ?

Just thought I'd check in and see what happens here! One week left on RFLB, then it's back to EODD, which version still to be decided. Maybe a cross between different versions, to suit my daily life! Stay cool!

Supposed to get a link to a nutrition plan for the next 4 weeks today (yesterday actually) but it doesn't seem to be going as smoothly as it should, no link yet anyway - that works! The link I got opened to the past 4 weeks. In other words, if I don't get it today I'm back to the EODD Extreme (version 1 modified a little). Not totally convinced by my other program, the idea is great, the execution not quite following up. Not giving up (yet), it's mostly "childhood illnesses" waiting to get out of the way, but it does get frustrating and in the way of concentration for the workouts even.

Besides, I really like the Extreme Plan, fits me to a T!

Hi all. I haven't started the eodd yet. But probably I'll start this april. I still need to buy some foods and protein shakes. Just finished working out. Full body workout in 30 minutes.

Oh, krikies, I did back with my husband this morning, then 20 min. HIIT and two sets of 30 ea abs. Did Pull ups (for me, assisted); one-arm cross body cable pulls-40#'s; bent over rows, 40#'s; "shrug-rows" (shrug, then row) 65#'s; cable pull downs, 10 rt arm, 10 lft arm, 10 together 65#'s; back extensions 3 sets of 15; then I did 20min HIIT and 2 sets of 30 abs. I was whipped. We usually don't go to the gym for weights on the weekend, just cardio, but we missed yesterday. OK, I'm done whining.....for now. Hang in there everyone, life is grand! Sherry ps-for above wkout we do 4 or 5 sets of 12 to 20 reps, last set is sometimes a drop-set
