I have recieved my supplement kit and know how I will be using each supplement. There are other supplements I am currently using and I am curious if I should discontinue any or all of these.
I currently take 900 mg of Krill 3 times a day, Vitamine D in the morning, 500 mg vitamin C in the morning, Green tea extract 3 times a day, 5-HTP three times a day and Calcium in the evenings.
I also pre-load prior to a meal with soluble fiber.

As far as your initial question, I would keep taking the usual supps along with the RFLB ones.
