This is day 4 of RFLB for me, so tomorrow will be my first egg white and meat day.
Am I right in thinking that that's all I get for those meals and that the only veggies to be had will be in the "pre-bedtime snack"?
Or can I eat green veggies with my protein meals?
I didn't notice this before, and I've been enjoying my salad and egg so much these four detox days that it's kind of a shock. I normally eat lots of raw veggies.

You can mix in any green veggies (or red or yellow peppers, onions, garlic, etc.) to make the egg white & meat more palatable. and you can cook them seperately and then mix to eat. I typically did a salad with red peppers, boiled the egg whites and chopped and then browned the meat and sprinkled it over the top - dressed with my 1 tsp EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
Green veggies are always fine on RFLB whenever you are having a meal - watch the carrots and tomatoes and avacado on RFLB though. Try not to have any before your first real meal of the day after your lunchtime exercise though.

I can manage one meal of it, but no more than once a month, which doesn't work with RFLB obviously. I therefore use canned or fresh salmon instead, or another fresh fish cooked and cold.
