How about:

Bamboo sprouts (is that the right term?)
Peas (all green/fresh versions)

a good idea btw., always on the lookout for new veggies to try out.
Does this apply to RFLB as well as EODD?
Sure does - don't like peppers in a recipe (there are a lot onRFLB) just sub something from above.
Snapp (Produce) feeding 5 or before bed snack should only use green veggies for better burn. Is that correct and use this veggie list for any other time?
Green is always best simply from a nutrient value - but these are fine even right before bed - esp the red and yellow peppers.
So carrots are okay just before bed? And I can eat as many as I want? Thanks so much. Just my first day :)
yes and yes
Thank you. And `if I get hungry through the day apart from the nuts and apple feed, then I could eat some carrots then too?
I didn't think kernel corn would be on this list ... how could it be treated?
Corn, green peas (not the kind in the pods), winter squash, beets, turnips, rutabagas, potatoes (all varieties), other root vegetables are starchy veggies and should be treated as carbs.

Therefore they can be used on feed days or in your dcc meals as they are a lot healthier than processed grains but still have high carb content which you are trying to avoid on burn days.

Have a look at the Ultimate plan to see another way to incorporate starchy veggies on a more regular basis.
Well, since my kernel corn and green pea salad with italian herb infused vinegar, red onion, tomato, and tuna came on a FEED day I didn't really make a mistake.

Pretty simple, tasty, and filling.

Baby corn is readily available in Hong Kong. It MUST be starchy too, is it?
Looks like it on the nutrient database I searched.

Via Facebook, here's a YouTube clip from 60 minutes on sugar's effect on the human body:http://www.truthaboutabs.com/toxic-sugar.htmlI'm so grateful that RFLB got me off sugar in my coffee - dad used to ask me if I wanted coffee with my sugar, that's how bad it was ... before! If I also have to give up cream ... then I switch to tea!See More
