RFLB Day 3. I did a much more strenuous cardio workout than usual and I think I addled my brain! I came out and immediately started eating my apple. I hadn't gotten too far when I remembered there was a supplement step in there, supposed to be immediately post-cardio. So I just stopped and had the supps, then waited 15 minutes and finished off the snack.
Was that acceptable, or should I have just skipped those supps altogether this time?

If you're back on track, just stay there and keep on with the plan. Of course there is a purpose behind the order in which supplements and food is taken in, namely maximize the effect of both. But one small mistake during the course of 3 weeks will not let you down!
Don't worry too much, even on RFLB the 90% compliance rule is valid, depending on what steps you skip/mess up!
