I've been on the EODD for a while now, doing great, a 25 lb fat loss so far, woohoo! I ordered the 3 month supply of supplements, but have no idea how to use them, and have been scouring this website, and can't find anything. Now is a good time, I have hit a plateau, figured I'd finally try the 3 supplements that I've just been staring at because I didn't know what to do with them. Thanks!

There is an entire book called Radical Fat Loss Blueprint which explains in great detain how and when to take them and what other foods you are allowed for the 21 days. You should have gotten the link when you signed up but I will pm it to you.
Thank you for your quick response, and on a holiday weekend, no less! I plan on doing the RFLB when I get laid off my job, sometime in the next month or two. My schedule is too goofy right now, I work ten hour days, and only get 1/2 hour for lunch, not enough time to exercise at lunch like you need to do on that plan. Also some travel involved, and on travel days I can't make it to the gym, either. For now, the ones I need more information about are called Carnicil, Lipocil, and Ketocil. I don't know how much or when to take them, along with following the EODD. I read on the forum post titled "What have you eaten today" (or something like that), and noticed some of you take them before exercising in the morning, but don't know what dosage to use, or anything else. Thanks!
Like Meredith said, it's all in the Radical Fat Loss Blueprint e-book; and way to complex to explain on the forum. What I can tell you, from having done it three times, is that it works.

I suggest you get the book and start with the beginning, it's a sure plateau-breaker!
