I read in sone of the blogs that your Feed day should have double the amount of calories as your Burn day.  Is this correct?  If so, what should my caloric intake be on my Burn days?  Thanks in advance.

I don't think this is a hard and fast rule.

Given that you still follow SNAPP and add a feed meal, you'd really have to pig out to double your calories over a burn day.

If a normal burn day, for you, is xxx calories, your feed meal would have to be xxx calories by itself to double your calories for the day.

It's possible, I suppose.

From my pattern, my burn days have may 20-25% more calories than my feed days. But maybe I'm doing it wrong.

You can add a lot of calories just by having starches with your feed meal. You can also add a banana to the shake instead of the apple. I prefer adding calories over the course of the day, still keeping the larger increase to lunch plus the afternoon snack which could be a small dessert.
Well, so far this week, my burn days have been around 1200 calories and my feed day (yesterday) was just about 1450 calories. And that's because I ate a chocolate bar which added about 250 calories.

I had a pita wrap at a Lebanese restaurant yesterday late lunch :) filled with veggies, and the restaurant owner brought me a dessert on the house :) good thing it was my feed day, eh?

Dessert? Well, it was some kind of "creme caramel" consistency but very white and flavored with orange blossom; really yummy and reminding me of the time I lived in Dubai :)

Feed day is really a sort of "managed anything goes" type of day. There's room for some improvising and fun, just stay a little sensible though; leave KFC and onion rings :)
My feed meal was actually some root mash (sweet potato, parsnips and swede mashed together with a little cream, butter and cheese) and a piece of chicken (leg - I don't like breast) and some green beans and peas on the side.

Then I ate the chocolate bar (call it dessert) and a banana.

That was 650 calories . . .

But I didn't have my afternoon protein snack and wasn't very hungry at dinner.

So net result was I added about 250 calories (about the same as the chocolate) to my daily intake.

Yeah, I get that too; adding the feed lunch stops me from being hungry later and I have a hard time getting the extra calories unless I force myself, which isn't really a good thing to do either.

One trick is to just add a few extra calories at breakfast as well as lunch, rather than having all the extras at lunch and not be hungry later. That usually works fine for me. I may have the afternoon dessert knowing I don't need to feel hungry to have that ;-) (like a kids, you know, the food stomach is full but the dessert one always has room, lol).
I'm getting a bit concerned about my calories now.

Today is a feed day and I can't even scrape a 1000 calories.

I had high sugar fruit in my smoothie this morning (12 cherries). I had my nuts at the usual time, and the pears half-hour before lunch.

For my feed meal, I had fish and pasta (with cheese and pesto) and veggies.

Tonight I'm planning to have just fish and veggies.

Altogether that's still less than 1000 calories. I can sometimes do that on a burn day.

I'm still stuffed now (2 hours after lunch) so no room for dessert.

I didnt know you can have the weekly dessert after the feed meal . I had this impression that you must have the dessert with the lunch time feed meal within the half hour .
I am following lifestyle plan 2 for nearly 3 weeks now . Sunday is a feed day according to my plan , i must follow snapp too right ? and i can only have the feed meal at lunch too ?
Another question , if under some circumstances i cant have my feed meal lunch on sunday , i can move it to monday right ? I woke up really late yesterday - like 12.30 cos i was staying up late to finish reading a book .So my the time i had my nuts was like 2 and it was raining too so i didnt wanna go out to have my feed meal ( I couldnt whip up a meal cos nobody did shopping that week ) so i figured that i can move it to the next day .
Oh , can you add a sandwitch or a bun to your shake in feed days ? I really really crave bread .
Sure you can skip a feed day and have it the next day, whether because you don't feel hungry enough on the feed day or whatever else.

However, skipping feed day because of rain ... why didn't you just whip up something at home? Even a cheese omelet with some potato on the side would have been a great idea, adding a salad or veggies.

feed day is always SNAPP, like the burn days, but with the feed meal at lunch after the apples, and you can either split that meal in two and have half after the apple and half in the afternoon, or have a smaller lunch feed and a small dessert mid-afternoon.
You can have a small dessert mid-afternoon on the feed day, yes (nice "diet" eh?)

Feed days are SNAPP with an additional feed meal (and dessert if you want one)

And yes, you can move the feed day over to the next day, no problem there.

If you want to add a sandwich to your feed day breakfast, call that your feed meal rather than the lunch. However, start the day with the apple, have the sandwich/bun/bagel/pancake (ww of course) 30 minutes later, then have the shake at lunch after the lunch apple. I do not recommend feed breakfast and lunch.
