Quick question about my feed days.  I am following SNAPP this morning I had a chocolate blueberry protein shake, my 15 nuts, and apple the I had an egg salad whole wheat wrap with a romain leaf on it. I'm not sure what I will have for dinner something with carbs because I saw in one of the blogs they said you should have carbs on your feed days.  My question is between my wrap and my dinner is there anything besides apples or pears that I could have? For whatever reason on my feed days I get hungry mid to late afternoon.  Thanks.

Actually, while you are trying to loose weight it is best to avoid the carbs at the dinner feeding. It should be just protein and produce. I think you misinterpreted my response - I was telling what I do because a) I am not trying to loose any more and b) I can't seem to eat a big enough feed meal alone to get my calories for the day up around double what my burn days are. I don't add a lot of carbs at dinner either, just a small amount of sweet potato or corn or winter squash (the starchy veggies)

If you are craving lots of carbs, you could have more at the feed meal at lunchtime but keep them to a minimum at dinner (and non on burn days)

Anytime you get hungry (feed or burn days) it is best to snack on raw veggies - no free snacking just because it is a feed day. The veggies are a better choice than applea/ pears after the feed meal.
Ok I think I'm getting it. I was carbing up more at my dinner meal on feed days than at lunch or my noon meal. So from what your saying on our feed days we should be trying to double our burn day calorie intake? Is that correct? And if I am going to have a heavier amount of carbs on feed days have them at lunch? I usually have my shake, nuts, 1 and 1/2 apples protein and veggies at dinner and produce on my burn day. I'm 5'2 145lbs roughly what do you think my caloric intake on burn and feed days should be? Thanks.
