I think I must be the only one doing RFLB right now!

But I'm having a very odd problem (for me). I loved the detox days for some reason and felt wonderful on them. (I do a lot of fasting anyway and drink ionized alkaline water, so I don't seem to have a huge amount of detoxing to do, plus I'd done EODD for about a month before RFLB.)

Then the egg and meat days kind of did me in. By mistake I ate nothing but the egg and meat, no veggies whatsoever. And I didn't like the mix much. But I got through that.

My "refeed" day was very moderate, nothing over the top, but satisfying. I did get hungry a couple of hours before dinner.

Then when I got to my "unlimited" tuna days I happily added veggies back in and suddenly it feels like I'm eating way too much! That day I ate 3 cans of tuna since one was given as the "single serving" amount. I suppose I finished it because tuna wasn't coming up again for a while and I didn't want it sitting around. Next time I could probably do with one can for the whole day.

Today I had a 6-oz chicken breast for the first meal, with lots of veggies. I was still so full 3 hours later that I wanted to skip that feeding, but I cut it down to 4 oz of chicken and a lot fewer veggies. And tonight I'll have just 4 oz again.

Tomorrow I'll cut the amounts down even more. But my question is, could I skip that middle feeding if I'm too full? It doesn't come with any supplements.

It's funny to find myself longing for the "fast days"!

Some people find that it is just too much food - I did.  I would make a big batch of tuna and veggies using 2 cans plus veggies and oil for 3 meals and then split it into 3 portions.  Better to decrease each portion at the feeding times than to skip the feeding all together.  If you make a big batch of the meal for the day, you can have a larger portion at lunch and dinner and then just have a little bit at the snack feeding.  The point is to keep your metabolism high by eating every couple hours at the most.

You could do about 8 oz chicken and split between the 3 meals.

Okay, that's exactly what I'll do. However, not today! :)

On Sundays I have a class from noon to 1:00. So I have to hold off on my cardio until after that, probably 1:15. Then I'll have my first meal at 2:00. I like to have my last meal at 6:00, so I just don't want to do the 3-hour thing today. If you think it's best I could split the difference and eat small amounts at 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00.

You were prob fine just with the 2 meals today since the meal times were so close together.  Hope you are getting your green veggies in later in the evening too though.....
I ended up getting three in after all, because I did get hungry around 4:15 and ate a small amount of the meat with a large salad. And then ate a bigger version of that at 6:15. And yes, later in the evening I had the last batch of supps with some celery. Are you saying the green veggies are particularly important at night, or just for the totals during the day? I probably get 4-6 cups of raw green veggies every day, plus some cooked.
They are particularly important at night.  You are doing so much fasting in the morning that it is important for your body to get the signal that you are sending it food through out the evening.  The veggies after dinner keep the body signaled that you are getting adequate nutrients so that it stays in fat burning mode.  Try to eat them even if you are not that hungry.  Even a small amount will suffice - my evening favorites on RFLB were sliced peppers, cucumbers, celery or zucchini, something with crunch that I could eat with my fingers instead of a fork.
Okay, can do! I didn't have any at night the first week, but once the evening supplements started showing up I've been having some, just as you say. I'll make sure to include them every evening. Thanks!
