Hey guys I have a quick question. In my plan I have to eat two apples a day but I am having some teeth issues. With my wisdom teeth coming in (yea im a young one), once I get through my first apple, my mouth hurts too much to continue to the second one. Is it okay to sub in apple sauce or is that no go? Also I have been eating natural peanut butter for my nuts portion instead of actual nuts. I read in a former post that that was okay but just to confirm, is it 1 tablespoon per 100 lbs? Because in the chart I saw it was 2 tablespoons for a 150 lb person and I was getting confused.

Lol, there we go with personal preferences - I've tried Vega as well, and did not like the consistency of it.

Basically, your best bet is to see if you can get a few samples of different protein powders and see which one(s) you prefer.

It's true that when I first read the recipe with celery and blueberries ... to say I was skeptical is an understatement. But I don't really taste the celery too much, and don't mind the combination. I don;t use it every day however, I try to vary the veggies/berries/fruit - both for the taste and the different nutrients.

Sometimes you can get single serve packets of the protein powders so you can try before you commit to a huge tub.

Sarah - did you try the Sport Protein or the Whole Health Optimizer?  The WHO is much granier and definitely 'greener' tasting due to the greens in it than the Sport Protein is. 

Both I think. Didn't mind the taste but the grainyness I didn't care for.
