I got my hands on the M-Power audios a good while back, and did the whole thing, note book, exercises, boards, the works :) then I sort of "forgot" about it.

Lately, with my job keeping me on the road a lot, I got tired of mindless radio blah, and figured I'd rather be listening to Jon's voice instead; so I put the whole series on my iPod and have been listening to the whole series, episode after episode back to back.

Having done that, I've now decided to go back over it and re-do the whole thing ... one audio a week, exercises and all. Sure, having done it before, my answers will be more optimal (i.e. the famous lever in week 2), but that's ok. I'm still learning things, still getting that "Aha!" feeling from just about every audio.

Re-boot your brain, and your body will follow where you tell the brain to go.
