I have noticed that some of you who already have 7MM are asking about 7MB, wondering when you'll receive that version.

After contacting customer service, it seems this is not an automatic thing, possibly because it isn't of interest to everyone, or there could be some technical thing - I don't know, I take care of muscles, not computers :)

If you are interested in receiving the 7MB update, could you please contact Customer Service directly, as they are the ones with the competence and intel to assist you.

Thank you :)

Sarah

You may have a chance at adding muscle "fast" if you are fairly new to the bodybuilding training, because your muscles could respond faster than for someone who's been training for years. That said, being underweight I'm not sure I'd start by try8ing to get even leaner.

Start with the added muscle, you can always burn off any added fat (which is unlikely as you'll have more muscle, which burns more energy).
Sarah can I have another copy of 7mb? Cause my computer crash down for some reason, and my cousin reformats our computer. I don't have a back up on 7mb copy. But I have still have my 7mm though. Thank you.
Check that with Customer Service as I don't have the links :)
I am currently on my third week on 7MB, I am on the 5 day week program specific for each muscle/body part. But unfortunately this morning I was not able to do my chest work. What I would like to know is, if it is okay to combine chest and back tomorrow morning then continue the next days as it is?

I am working out at home and I only have dumbells, for the biceps specially, is it okay to work out a side only for 5 minutes (power phase) then after 5 mins just copy the repititions and rests for the other side? Same with the triceps? Same with the mass phase?

Appreciate some enlightenment...thanks.
You can very well do chest followed by back on the same day, making it 7 + 7 minutes followed by the GXP.

I don't quite understand the biceps/triceps question, do you only have one dumbbell per weight?

If you work both arms together with the two weights, you will work each for 5 + 2 minutes, so if you have only one weight of each working each arm separately for 5 + 2 minutes each would work just fine.
Thanks Sarah, sorry about the biceps/triceps question I do have a pair of dumbells, but unfortunately I have outgrown the weight plates that if I use equal weights for the pair to do both arms, its not heavy enough. The reason I am asking if training 1 arm only and copy the reps to the other arm so that I could maximize the plates by using one dumbell only.

Thank you.
Makes sense - unless you invest in a few more plates ;-)
Hehehe, maybe after a month ill invest on some more plates :p Just have to do with what I currently have at the moment.
I know what you mean, am a little short myself, not on plates but on hex dumbbells.
Unfortunately, I can't contact customer service: the web site insists on an email address that looks like xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx and mine is more like xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx

That's also the form of address that was used to purchase several products.

Please have them set up either a direct email address that can be used, or have the web site reprogrammed by somebody who understands what RFC 2822, in particular section 3.4, means.
We.re looking into it and will get back to you a.s.a.p
