I have noticed that some of you who already have 7MM are asking about 7MB, wondering when you'll receive that version.

After contacting customer service, it seems this is not an automatic thing, possibly because it isn't of interest to everyone, or there could be some technical thing - I don't know, I take care of muscles, not computers :)

If you are interested in receiving the 7MB update, could you please contact Customer Service directly, as they are the ones with the competence and intel to assist you.

Thank you :)

Sarah

What is the difference between 7 min muscle and 7 min body?? I received 7 min body free with my EODD - is it the same thing? THank you
Pretty much. 7MB is the updated version with home training protocol and photos of the exercises, making it a "bit" more complete than the "old" 7MM. Same great info otherwise.
Hi Sarah. I have purchased 7mm, eodd, and m-power a long time ago. Regarding 7mb? Is it an upgrade for 7mm? And where do I download the 7mb? Thank you.
I have purchased the deluxe upgrade + lifetime bonus on 7mm. Do I get the new book 7mb for free?
Check with Customer Service, they should be able to get you the download link for 7MB. It's pretty much the same book, except that you get the home training exercises with resistance bands, and photos of performed exercises. The remaining content is the same.
Thank you very much. :p
7mb workouts are all supersets right? I just listened to mpower week9 (suppersetting). I was not paying attention to mpower series due to lack of time or let's just say I was just being lazy. I was surprised when Jon talked about supersets, I learned a lot of things. By the way, he mentioned to cycle workouts into 3 week interval 1st week to perform straight sets for lower body parts and super set for upper body then vice versa. What is a straight set? Is it like a traditional workout? And on tip #3 superset for the same body part, he mentioned that it is not recommended for more thatn 2-3 weeks without taking a break. So it's like I will do 3 weeks superset for my upper body then 3 weeks superset for my lower body then take a rest or do a less intense workout before I return back to suppersets?
7MM/MB is not exactly supsersets. You do 5 minutes' worth of one exercise and then move on to the next exercise for 2 minutes. The firs t you have a max of 5 reps per mini-set with varying rest intervals; the second part you have max 10 reps with varying rest intervals.

A superset would do one exercise for a number of reps, then immediately switch to a se3cond exercise for a number of reps, then rest; and you then start over with exercise 1 + 2 + rest, etc.
I've checked the superset in the web, and it's like a 7mb style. Do you think I could get big in just 6 months using just the 7mb? or should I do 7mb + supersets (same muscle group). My plan is like this: I'ma use 7mb then incorporate 1st 3 weeks superset on my upper body then 2nd 3 weeks on my lower body, then repeat for 12 weeks cycle. So that would take like 3 months, then I'ma use 1RF. What do you think? I wanna pack some serious muscle for 6 months starting next month. Any advice? Thank you.
Frankly, unless you are genetically gifted, I doubt that 6 months will be enough to get "big" - but then it depends also on your definition of big.

Yes, supersets can be for the same muscle group, but not necessarily. 7MB does use the same muscle group. 7MB is also doing mini-sets of reps one exercise at a time; where supersetting uses two exercises back-to-back. there is a difference between the two systems.
Depending on how big you want to be, you might want to use another program. I guess Jon's 7MM program is best for building lean muscle, that is getting lean and build muscle at the same time. You can use it for building muscle, I have done so myself, but you cannot count on the same progress as with a regular muscle building programme.

Personally I have had good results with Jeff Anderson's Anabolic Workout, that focuses more on building muscle, using your body's hormonal response to different workout styles. Chec my blog for more on this.

You can go even more radical and use a dedicated body building program, but I have no experience in this area, since body building was never my goal.

Good luck, and lets hear what you decide!
What's going on my mind right now is to use 7mm for 3 months, combining multijoint movements like snatches, swings, clean and jerk etc. to jack up my fatburning process and ofcourse combine it with eodd. Then after 3 months, I'm planning to use 1RF and extreme diet in eodd. On that picture of mine, I weigh only 135 pounds and I'm 5'8". I'm underweight. I want to add 30-35 pounds of pure muscle with a low body fat. I know my goal sounds very hard, cause adding a pound of muscle is hard. I love using 7mm because I don't have that much time to spend on the gym. Any advice? :)
